Do I have to stay at The Amrit?
Staying at The Amrit isn’t required—but it’s highly recommended.
This experience is designed to be immersive, restorative, and deeply embodied. Being on site allows you to fully drop in—without the distraction of commuting, shifting spaces, or “re-entering” the outside world each night.
You deserve to be held in luxury. To let the energy of the space support your transformation, even between sessions.
That said, you always get to choose.
There are nearby hotels and Airbnbs in Singer Island if staying at The Amrit isn’t aligned for you. Just know—the environment is part of the medicine.

What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Palm Beach International (PBI)—just 12 miles from The Amrit Resort. It’s about a 20-minute ride and the closest option for a smooth, easy arrival.
If you’re flying from farther away or prefer more flight options, Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) is also a great choice—about 57 miles away (roughly a one-hour drive).
What about dietary restrictions?
We’ve got you.
Closer to the event, you’ll receive an intake form where you can share any dietary restrictions or preferences. Our team and the Amrit culinary staff will make sure your meals are nourishing, supportive, and aligned with your needs—so you can focus fully on your experience.
